Our mission is to educate, empower, and connect individuals across generations by creating opportunities that inspire growth, strengthen leadership, and build pathways to greater stability and success. Through education, mentorship, community engagement, resources, and service, we support youth, veterans, military families, aging adults, and caregivers while strengthening families and building more connected resilient communities.

The IGAG Story
Founded through a shared commitment to service, leadership, and community impact. IGAG was created to bridge gaps that many families and individuals face daily, whether through financial hardship, lack of access to resources, social isolation, or limited educational opportunities. We believe meaningful impact begins with meeting people where they are while creating pathways toward confidence, connection, and sustainability.
IGAG is building more than programs, we are building relationships, creating opportunities, and developing partnerships that can strengthen communities for generations to come. As we grow, we remain committed to listening to the people we serve, responding to community needs, and creating programs that produce measurable and lasting impact.

Co Founder
Vaughn Bryan is a retired U.S. Army Sergeant First Class; a humanitarian, community leader, mentor, and Co-Founder of Inspiring Growth Across Generations (IGAG). With more than three decades of military leadership and over twenty years of humanitarian service, Vaughn brings a strong foundation in leadership, mentorship, strategic planning, teamwork, and community service to IGAG’s mission of supporting youth, veterans, military families, aging adults, and caregivers.
In his role as Co-Founder, Vaughn helps provide the leadership and operational insight that supports IGAG’s programs, partnerships, and community initiatives. His passion for developing others, strengthening families, and giving back is reflected throughout the organization’s work. Whether supporting youth leadership and sports initiatives, programs for veterans and military families, community outreach, or intergenerational service projects, Vaughn believes that strong communities are built when people have opportunities to learn, grow, connect, and serve one another.
Vaughn’s commitment to leadership was shaped during his distinguished thirty one year career in the United States Army, where he developed extensive experience in strategic planning, team development, decision making, risk management, conflict resolution, and leading diverse teams. He retired in 2022 at the rank of Sergeant First Class after a career recognized with numerous military honors, including the Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and Army Good Conduct Medal. The discipline, resilience, accountability, and commitment to service developed throughout his military career continue to influence the way he leads and serves through IGAG.
His commitment to youth and community service spans more than twenty five years and began while he was still serving as a community youth football coach; through coaching and mentorship, Vaughn saw firsthand the impact that positive role models, structure, teamwork, and encouragement can have on young people.
Through IGAG, Vaughn continues a lifetime of service with a focus on building something that reaches beyond today. His leadership, experience, and strategic vision help move the organization’s mission from ideas into action, creating opportunities for individuals and families while building a legacy of service that can positively impact generations to come.
A New York native, Nicole Bryan is a dedicated humanitarian, community leader, advocate, and Co-Founder of Inspiring Growth Across Generations (IGAG), a Veteran and Military Spouse-led nonprofit committed to empowering youth, veterans, military families, aging adults, and caregivers. With a career centered around advocacy, humanitarian service, financial education, and community empowerment, Nicole is committed to creating opportunities that provide individuals and families with the resources, education, support, and connections needed to thrive.
In her role as Co-Founder of IGAG, Nicole helps shape the organization’s strategic vision, community partnerships, and programs designed to strengthen individuals across generations. Her leadership is grounded in more than thirty years of humanitarian and community service and over twenty years of experience in finance. Throughout her career, she has built strong relationships across diverse communities, developed engagement and recruitment strategies, mentored youth and young adults, advocated for children and families, and supported veterans and military families through direct service, resource navigation, housing stability, and community based programs.
Nicole's dedication to humanitarian service, diversity culture, and community empowerment has earned formal recognition, including a citation from Brooklyn New York City Former Mayor Eric Adams honoring her leadership and efforts to support diverse business owners during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Nicole’s passion for financial empowerment has also been an important part of her service for more than twenty years. As a financial literacy coach, she has provided education and guidance to seniors, the LGBTQIA+ community, veterans, and military families, helping make financial knowledge more accessible and empowering individuals to make informed decisions. Her commitment to advocacy extends to aging adults and caregivers through personal experience advocating and caring for her ninety eight year old grandmother, strengthening her understanding of the challenges families face while navigating aging, caregiving, and support systems.
Nicole’s connection to the military community is both personal and professional. As the spouse of a retired U.S. Army veteran who served thirty one years, she understands the experiences and sacrifices of military families firsthand; she is also a proud member of Phi Nu Alpha Military Spouses Sorority, Inc., where she continues her commitment to sisterhood, service, community engagement, and philanthropy.
A lifelong learner, Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with concentrations in Diversity & Culture and Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a second Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Social Media. She also holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management and is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
Nicole is passionate about bringing people, resources, and opportunities together to create lasting impact. Through IGAG, her leadership and strategic vision continue to drive positive change by building programs and partnerships that empower individuals, strengthen families, develop future leaders, and create stronger communities across generations.
